Product Return Policy

On below reasons the product can be returned or exchanged by contacting support. On genuine reasons for Size, Colour, Different product received, Damage at delivery the product can be exchanged or returned upon certain conditions. 

1. Only Genuine/ defective item returns allowed.
2.  Vedio of unpacking of delivered product is mandatary for any return or exchange. 
2. Any return request should me made within 2 cosecutive days after delivery of product.  
3. Product should not be used, damaged or washed.
4. Personal usage items like, innerwears, cosmetics like lipstics, diapers pack etc are not returnable. 
5. It is at the sole descrition of the management  about the product can be returnable. 

6. Any refund initiated by us is credited to customer wallet at Xiobay account which can be used to buy any product of same value at Xiobay store.

Xiobay may charge additional shipping charges for pickup and exchange of products at the sole discretion of the management. No exchange or return is allowed for random or no reason. Return and refund of amount allowed by management will be instantly credited to the customer wallet in Xiobay account and it can be used to buy any product in the Xiobay store.
